I am looking for 5 highly motivated individuals between 60 and 89 years old who want to restore their physical vitality and not end up in a nursing home to get started with me. I just created an online program to help seniors who have become weak, feel unsteady when walking and fearful of falling regain their physical vitality and get back to living life and not mereley exist.
