The Sea Base Alumni & Friends Reunion is coming this October, and the crew is already starting to come together!

We’re excited to have these Sea Base friends registered so far:

This reunion is about much more than getting together with old friends. It’s our opportunity to help WRITE the history of Sea Base. Author Dave Kenney will be with us to listen, interview, ask questions, and capture the stories, people, traditions, adventures, and defining moments that made Sea Base what it is today.

We need voices from every era and every corner of the Sea Base family. If you’ve ever thought, “Someone needs to make sure that story gets told…” — THIS is your chance!

Can’t make it to the reunion? We still want your story! We would love to schedule a time for you to visit with Dave online or by phone. You don’t have to be in the Keys to be part of preserving Sea Base history. (Contact info to email us is listed in the registration link)

But if you CAN be there in person… don’t miss it! Come reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, swap a few legendary Sea Base stories, and help make sure the history we leave behind includes the people who actually lived it.

*Time at both Sea Base in Islamorada and the Brinton Environmental Center

This October, come home to Sea Base for an unforgettable weekend of friendship, fellowship, and memories—and be part of something truly historic.

We are thrilled to announce that Dave Kenney, an amazing author will be on site throughout the reunion, interviewing Sea Base alumni and friends for an upcoming book celebrating the history, legacy, and future of this extraordinary place.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have your Sea Base story become part of its permanent history. Whether you served on staff, volunteered, participated as a youth, or helped shape Sea Base in any way, your experiences are an important piece of the story. The adventures, friendships, challenges, and traditions you've shared deserve to be preserved for future generations.
