As you may or may not know, AS elections are happening this week!! Your exec member Mr. Torbati is running for off-campus senator. He's a great kid, super jewish, and I know he'll make a superb senator.

Make sure you all hop on GOLD and vote. If you're confused on who to vote for, vote OPP.

The resolution has been sent to committee it might be heard next week.

Divestment is being brought to the senate floor tonight although a vote is not expected tonight. It may happen. There is also an anti semitism bill being voted on tonight that we support fully. We will keep you updated on both bills.

Tonight we will be hosting an event about what happened in gaza in the srb @6:30 and will be serving pizza. Stop by eat, listen for a bit and walk over to senate with people at 7 or 7:30. Stay tuned see everyone tonight.

We wish to extend our utmost condolences to those affected by the horrific shooting that happened two days ago in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Our sympathies go out to the Muslim community as they grieve. What happened was a hate crime, through and through, and Gauchos United for Israel condemns this ugly brand of violence, one motivated by hate and ignorance. May their memories be a blessing.
