🍎📚⭐️ WELCOME BACK! Yesterday, teachers and staff returned for Opening Day 2026.

The afternoon was filed with excitement and energy, and included the participation of over 250 students performing a variety of musical numbers. It was the perfect way to kick off the new school year.

🚑💙Last week, Norwin 8th graders completed CPR training, and many took it a step further by earning full certification through North Huntingdon EMS!

Through this experience, students gained valuable lifesaving skills, built confidence, and learned how to respond when every second counts. A great accomplishment that prepares them to make a difference when it matters most.

🎼🪘🥁CONGRATULATIONS to the Norwin High School Percussion Ensemble for earning 1st Place in the Small Ensemble Division at the 2026 Black Swamp Percussion Showcase!

Student performers included: Thomas Casey, Andrew Hodder, Korbin Holliday, and Nick Todaro

Competing against schools from across the country, the group performed José / beFORe JOHN5 by Aurél Holló, earning recognition for their energy, musicality, and performance presence.
