The Bayou La Batre Police Department CID is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the vehicle and driver involved in a hit and run of a pedestrian during the early morning ours of Wednesday 11/9/2022. The victim was walking to work at approximately 1AM on Padgett Switch Rd near Mostellar Medical when they were struck by a vehicle sustaining serious injuries. The vehicle involved continued northbound on Padgett Switch Rd. Someone out there knows this vehicle and driver. Any information can be reported to the Bayou La Batre Police Department at (251) 824-2757 and the caller can remain anonymous.
