On Saturday, August 22, we’ll come together to celebrate the progress of our Rocha Martial Arts students and recognize the work they’ve put in on and off the mats.

Today we had the opportunity to host an incredible women’s self defense seminar here at Rocha Martial Arts with an amazing from Las Colinas. ❤️

More than learning techniques, self defense is about awareness, confidence and feeling empowered.

Thank you to every woman who showed up today with such amazing energy. We’re excited to continue doing more events like this for our community.
