PARAMEDICS: YOU HAVE 90 SECONDS.... USE THEM WELL.
You remember: WhenYou delivered the victim alive and then invisibly stepped through the automatic doors into the silence of the unloading dock. And you inevitably wondered, "What if...."

What if has turned into "Why not?" Emergency Ultrasound Triage stepped into your world long ago. But until the sonar probe becomes an extension of your hand, the exam feels less like a search… and more like a wild dance.
There is a way through it: Master the steps. We built them decades ago—and we’ll walk you through each one at the bedside, fast. And we’ll stay with you for life.
Come on over:

Technology has changed.
Patients haven’t.
For decades, we’ve taught clinicians how to reason through ultrasound—not just acquire images.
That hasn’t changed.

We’ve been quiet here for a while—and intentionally so.
Over the past two years, we’ve been focused on the work behind the scenes: refining our courses, strengthening hands-on learning, and rebuilding our website to better reflect what happens in our classrooms and scan labs.
Our site is now live (with more updates still coming), and we’re reopening this space to share insights, course updates, and resources for clinicians who value clarity, confidence, and real bedside application.
Thank you for being here. More to come—thoughtfully.

No surprise here: GE Healthcare has gone all-in on artificial intelligence-enhanced ultrasound, particularly in the Echocardiography space, with the purchase of Caption Health (captionhealth.com).
So: what does this mean for the persons behind the probe? Look closely at Caption’s (and thus of course GE’s) mission statement on their home page, which quietly inserts the premise of bedside examination… “at home”.
“Mobile” ultrasound is about to morph like never before. Colleagues, start your planning— and your cars.
