About Radiant STEM Academy
Radiant STEM Academy is a private school serving communities in North Texas, specifically Irving, Euless, Arlington, Carrollton, Coppell and Grapevine. Radiant STEM Academy opened in the fall of 2014 enrolling Pre K – 5th grade students. The school moved to a new facility before the start of the 2016-2017 academic year to accommodate increasing enrollment and future grow
th of the school. The new facility is at 2001 W. Walnut Hill Lane, Irving, TX. 75038. At Radiant STEM Academy, we make sure that curricula, instructional delivery methods, social development, and character education are strongly aligned. We continuously evaluate instructional delivery with observation tools to ensure that the school goals and policies are implemented productively. We monitor our students’ academic growth using national, state, and local assessments, and provide structured intervention to help each student progress and become an independent learner. Students receive tailored and differentiated instruction. We maintain small class sizes to accommodate every student's needs; our student-teacher ratio is 18 to 1 for KG – High School grade classes, and 20 to 2 for PreK classes. We emphasize character education and provide opportunities for students to grow in a stimulating environment that instills respect for others and their surroundings. We start our day with a morning assembly, in which we discuss a character education theme. Parents and community members participate in our Character Education session, offered once every month, which helps establish a patnership between parents and the school, and between school lessons and daily life.
