r Jingle Jam or sample classes online! Did you know that all children are musical? Have you ever wondered what you can do to nurture the musical growth of your child, regardless of your own musical ability? Bring your newborn, toddler, or preschooler to one of our fun-filled classes. Explore musical play, child-friendly instruments, songbooks, and CDs that you use at home. And find out how nurturing our research-based music and movement program can be. Classes are 45 minutes of pure family fun, held weekly! Semester length is usually 9-11 weeks depending on the season. Sample classes are complimentary for new families and are offered usually prior to the beginning of a new semester. We often allow new families to sample a class already in progress and join if they happen to discover us after the start of the semester. Register online at www.TinyVoicesLittleSongs.com. Mixed Ages
This is the essential Music Together® class, one that a child can attend from birth through age four through all nine song collections. This basic class follows the recommendations of child development researchers—grouping children of a variety of ages because this fosters natural, family-style learning. Younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments. Any caregivers—parents, grandparents, nanny—can bring the children. The whole family is welcome for this important family music experience. Lisa Hearns
