Last week, DREAM Education Consulting had the opportunity to serve student leaders at the University of North Texas at Dallas through our customized iThrive Empowerment Summit.
This is the work we do—and we are intentional about how we do it.
We don’t believe in bringing the exact same program to every school, district, university, or organization. The students are different. The needs are different. The goals are different. So the experience should be different.
Our process starts with assessment, research, and evaluation to better understand the institution, its mission, its goals, and most importantly, its students. Student voice is an important part of that process because the people we are designing for should have a voice in what we design.
