This Saturday, part of our LCCA school family spent the day learning, growing, and getting inspired at the Pathway to Quality Care Conference: “Building a Sweeter Tomorrow.” 🍭✨

Our Preschool & Pre-K team showed up ready to soak in all the goodness—because at LCCA, we’re always looking for ways to grow, stay current, and bring the very best back to our classrooms. 💛

And the sweetest part? Our very own Miss Cynthia got to be part of a panel, sharing about finding the “sweet spot” in childcare—where high-quality care, connection, and joy all come together. 🍬

We are so proud of our team for continuing to invest in their learning and in the children they serve every single day. Because when teachers grow, children thrive. 🌱💫

March has been full of little moments that turned into big memories 💛

From building towers in the block center, to getting messy and creative in art, to cooking up imaginative stories in dramatic play… and of course, soaking up all the sunshine outside—our days have been full of joy, laughter, and lots of smiles.
