🫡 Today I wish you a Grateful Memorial Day. Happy doesn’t capture the emotion for this day of honor and remembrance.
🇺🇸 I’m grateful for the military heroes who paid with their very lives, so we can have the freedoms that our country was founded upon.
🙏 I pray for the families who continue to pay the ultimate sacrifice and who desperately wish they had their loved one to hug and share their lives with.
🥹 Home of the free, because of the brave!

At Team Kids we are passionate about connection 🤝. Connecting students to each other, public safety partners, and fellow non-profit organizations. Just as we teach the students, we are reminded ourselves, through events like Community Connections – Conversations for a More Connected California, we can do more together.
It was a meaningful opportunity for our Coaches Belle and Nick to connect with fellow community partners and share the Team Kids mission 🚎 ✨. We believe that listening, learning, and collaborating with others committed to building stronger communities always amplifies our collective impact.
We’re proud to be part of a transformative nonprofit community alongside organizations such as Cool Green Cities, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast, Casa de la Familia and Abrazar, Inc.! These conversations inspire the work we bring to our Team Kids Challenge students in every program delivery.
Thank you the California Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications for bringing us together.

Heart and hard work were on full display at Brywood Elementary! 💙🎉
Students on the Brywood Elementary TK Leadership Team hosted a carnival with a very special mission. Together, they poured their energy into every booth and game to raise money for the Jessie Rees Foundation (NEGU) Team NEGU
The result? A record-breaking $1,547! 🏆
This is the most Brywood students have ever raised at a Team Kids Carnival. We couldn’t be more proud of our young leaders for their kindness, teamwork, and commitment to helping other children. A huge thank you to everyone who supported their vision!✨ Irvine Unified School District,

📍 — NYC, 2017
Team Kids launched in New York City, bringing student leadership to both coasts and expanding our impact nationwide.
That same year, during Hurricane Harvey, students mobilized through LemonAID — raising relief funds and proving that kids can lead in moments that matter.
From NYC classrooms to neighborhoods across the country, 2017 showed what’s possible when young people are trusted to rise.
Support leadership that lasts.
Every gift is matched through Feb 25.

📸 | Servathon Across America, 2016
In 2016, as Team Kids marked its 15th anniversary and the nation observed the 15th anniversary of 9/11, our Servathon bus departed Irvine for Ground Zero.
Forty teens and ten chaperones spent 14 days serving in 14 cities — including projects at all three 9/11 crash sites — honoring heroes and spreading kindness across the country.
American Airlines flew the team home from JFK to LAX on a private flight staffed entirely by volunteer veterans — a powerful close to a life-changing journey.
