We are excited to announce our Dance Company 2026/2027 Audition Judges! Our panel includes Adrien Padilla, Cadence Massey, Co-El Rodriguez, and Kendal Villa! These judges are current, industry professionals with a wide variety of dance training, education, experience, and specialties. They are excited to provide our auditionees with valuable feedback through our live audition process! Link is in our bio for all of our audition info!! 💜🐾

The Portola High School Dance Department invites you to attend TIED WITH A BOW, on Thursday, December 4th and Friday, December 5th at 7:00pm. TIED WITH A BOW features performances by our Dance 2, 3, 4, and Company dancers. The show includes student and faculty choreography, as well as commissioned work from guest choreographers, Jasmine Dideban, Daniel Huynh, Carissa Hwang, and Cadence Massey. In addition, the show features United Spirit Association routines from our Dance 3, 4, and Company Summer Dance Camps. Snapshots from our last three weeks with Anh Dillon from American Ballet Theater Gillespie School. WOW! This was our first ever ballet artist residency, and the progress all of our dancers made in this short time was unbelievable. We can’t wait to partner with Gillespie School again soon!!

Captain roll call! We are excited to have seniors Chloe, Cassidy, Zurie, and Makaela as our Dance Company Captains this year! With their collective 14(!!!) years of experience on the team and diverse set of skills, they are going to be a strong leadership team. Can’t wait to see where this school year takes us!
