Movement with Intent hits a little different…
Lots of times, we do exercise via mindless reps, moving for the sake of moving, and then we bemoan how we need to do more “mind-body” stuff to foster connection.
One of the main principles that we teach at K3 Combat workshops is movement with intention.
So while Doc Cheng is demonstrating this exercise with a training weapon, we can also teach these drills through a variety of other formats, all just as engaging & meaningful.
