A little visitor, a big teachable moment! 🦎🌿

When nature comes this close, curiosity takes the lead. We observed this tiny lizard, talked about how it moves, where it lives, and how to touch living creatures gently and respectfully.

These spontaneous moments help children build curiosity, empathy, observation skills, and a love for the natural world. 💚

Sometimes the best learning isn’t planned—it simply crawls right into our hands. 🦎✨.

The Power of Open-Ended Play 🌱🧠✨

Open-ended toys may look simple, but the learning behind them is powerful.

When children build, create, and explore without one “right” way to play, they develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and confidence.

At this age, play is learning. Every time they experiment, make a mistake, rebuild, and try again, they are developing skills that will stay with them for life.

As an early childhood educator, I believe giving children less direction and more freedom to imagine is one of the greatest gifts we can give them. ❤️

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July! ❤️

As an immigrant, I feel incredibly grateful to call America my second home. This country welcomed my family with opportunity, hope, and the chance to build a life doing what I love most—caring for children.

Every day at ParadiseKids, I see the beauty of children from different backgrounds learning, laughing, and growing together. It reminds me that kindness, diversity, and community are what make this country so special.

Thank you to all of the wonderful families who have trusted me with your little ones over the years. You have made this journey even more meaningful.

🚗💡 We definitely have a little engineer in the making! Today he designed different magnetic-tile ramps, tested which one made the car go the fastest, and kept making improvements to give it an extra boost. Watching him build, test, observe, and redesign was a wonderful reminder that play is where real learning begins. ❤️✨

📚❤️ One of those moments that reminds us why early childhood friendships are so special.

These little friends were reading a familiar book together and knew the story so well that they began retelling it to each other. Instead of arguing over who would talk, one sweet friend said, “Let’s not fight. Let’s be friends.” 🥹

They took turns sharing their ideas, laughing together, and helping each other remember the story. Watching their communication, cooperation, and kindness unfold naturally was truly precious.

A beautiful way to end our day at Paradise Kids. 🌟

Watching children grow from tiny infants into joyful little humans is the greatest gift… and the hardest part of this journey. 🤍

Yesterday, I had to say an unexpected goodbye to a family who truly became part of my heart. From big sibling starting in June ‘22 to baby sister joining at just 4 months old — every moment with them was so special.

Her energy, her laughter, her beautiful spirit… I will miss her deeply. Saying goodbye earlier than expected made it even harder.

This is the bittersweet side of being an educator — we help them grow, and then we let them go. I’m so grateful for every memory, and I know this isn’t the end of our story. 💛 teacherlife watchthemgrow gratefulheart littlemoments foreverinmyheart
