Hello NSLS members,
Inspired by revolving ideas from other NSLS chapters, NSLS UCIrvine has just made a group for NSLS, on LinkedIn, as a society, for people from all chapters and spheres of life to join, if they are or have been associated with NSLS. This is a good chance to make connections with people from all chapters, expand our network and make new friends! We hope you find this initiative helpful and worthy.
Please share this code on your stories to spread the message to all members and NSLS alumni. Also feel free to add people you know!

Hello Society Leaders!
We have done major updates to our chapter website and would like to invite you to visit our redesigned website!
How is our chapter website (clubs.uci.edu/nsls) different from national website (www.nsls.org)?
The national website: www.nsls.org, is the website where members accepted their membership invitation.
Where as our chapter website: clubs.uci.edu/nsls, is the website build for members by executive board members. Our chapter website is filled with photos in our achieves from events throughout the year:(http://clubs.uci.edu/nsls/index.php/category/archives/), information on how to obtain chapter awards: (http://clubs.uci.edu/nsls/index.php/chapter-awards/), steps on how to become an inducted member of NSLS at UC Irvine:
(http://clubs.uci.edu/nsls/index.php/how-to-become-an-inducted-member-of-nsls-at-uc-irvine/), including a suggestion box on how we could improve our events to better serve our members (http://clubs.uci.edu/nsls/index.php/suggestion-box/), and so much more!
Both sites strive to give members a full range of information regarding membership induction requirements, a calendar for chapter events, important documents that will guide you through induction, and other leadership opportunities.
Please visit our chapter website and help us improve our own website http://clubs.uci.edu/nsls/

These SNT's meetings must be completed consecutively. Meaning, you must complete 3 SNT's meetings within 1 quarter to receive credit for all SNT's, and with the same facilitator for all 3 consecutive meetings. This will ensure each member to network with one another, and reach their goals as a team.
Success Networking Team (SNT's) meetings follow a structure that, over time, builds trust and encourages sharing and accountability among team members.
In the coming weeks, members will join up into SNT teams. Your SNT will practice coaching and being coached, setting and achieving goals, and holding one another accountable for your commitments. These are real-world skills that employers prize. The leadership and team-building experience you will gain with your SNT can put you over the top in your quest for that first job, graduate admission, entrepreneurial opportunity or other milestones you and your teams will strive for.

Step 2. Attend 1 Leadership Training Day (LTD).
