On Thursday, April 10, we welcomed:
✅ 203 employer representatives
✅ 87 amazing companies
✅ 1,004 UCI students ready to network and explore opportunities

The University of California, Irvine Spring Career Fair is almost here! Next Thursday, April 10, UC Irvine students have opportunity to meet face-to-face with recruiters from top employers across industries—including tech, healthcare, business, government, and more.

With 87 employers attending, this is the last large-scale career fair before summer—and a huge chance for students to land full-time roles or internships.

Spring quarter has arrived and the Spring into Your Job Search Series is here! From April 7-17, University of California, Irvine students can access a lineup of career-focused workshops, employer networking opportunities, and skill-building sessions designed to support their job and internship search.

Key events include:
✅ Resume workshops with Catalyst Kids California and GEICO
✅ Interview prep workshop with CrowdStrike
✅ Employer information sessions with Think Together, Parker Hannifin, Veeva Systems, HUB International, and County of Orange, California
✅ The Spring Career Fair (April 10) featuring 80+ companies

Last week, students had the incredible opportunity to hear from Chad Lefteris, CEO & President of UCI Health, at our office with the student organization Public Health Association.

Students gained valuable perspectives on healthcare leadership, innovation, and community impact, while learning about the challenges of managing a leading health system.

🎉 This week, the UCI Division of Career Pathways had the privilege of hosting Jeremy Schifeling for an engaging session on AI and the Job Search!

We invited UCI faculty and staff to join us, ensuring our entire community is equipped to help students make the most of AI in their career journeys.

💡 Some practical ways AI can help students:
👉 Discover new opportunities: “What are 10 job titles that match my skills and interests?”
👉 Tailor your application: “What are the top skills in this job description, and how can I add them to my resume?”
👉 Ace your interviews: “What are 10 likely interview questions for this job?” or “Generate a STAR answer based on my resume.”

AI has the potential to transform the job search process when used wisely. We’re excited to share these insights with Anteaters to help them succeed in today’s evolving job market.
