Saturday we welcomed Region 17 of the Association of California School Administrators ( ) to our campus for their annual conference. Our Dean, Heather Vezner greeted attendees and provided information on our SOE programs. Keynote Dr. Victor Rios spoke on creating ecosystems of prosperity followed by several breakouts. Our very own Dr. Kent Schlichtemeier led a breakout on βEffective Servant Leadership.β

Introducing the Future Faculty Fellows Scholarship (PPOHA FFF) - a scholarship for post-baccalaureate School of Education M.A. and Ed.D. students pursuing teaching credentials or higher education careers. Specifically for Hispanic/underserved students seeking financial aid.
Eligibility:
- Accepted/applied/currently enrolled in credential/degree program
- Submitted FAFSA
- Completed scholarship application
Benefits:
- $3,000-$10,000 annually
- Satisfactory progress required

We are still living off the amazing energy from Servant Leadership Symposium this past Saturday! 285 students, alumni, guests, faculty, and staff came together for a day of professional development and connection. Jeff Eben from The How Many WINS Foundation, our keynote, challenged us to find the wins in our day.

π What an amazing weekend! Our Servant Leadership Academy in St. Louis at The Missouri District LCMS was a resounding success. We had 21 incredible individuals come together to learn, grow, and inspire each other! π
A big shoutout to our phenomenal speakers: Clifton Taulbert, Michelle Thompson, Dr. Mary Scott, Dr. Kent Schlichtemeier, and Dr. Lori Doyle. π€ Your wisdom and insights were truly inspiring!

We had a wonderful day during our 5th annual Concordia Serves! We made toys for sheltered dogs, cleaned toys for preschoolers, sorted clothes and food at a homeless shelter, colored cards for sick children, and gave blood.
