Antleader Mentorship Program (AMP) is a leadership based, student-led organization focused on supporting first-generation, low-SES first year students in transitioning into their first year at UC Irvine. While we focus mainly on that demographic, any and all undergraduate students are encouraged to apply! AMP aims to foster a community that serves as a place of learning, growth, and belonging for everyone involved.
