Have trouble maintaining a neutral spine during overhead movements?? Do you arch your back? Rib cage flares out?
You probably lack T-spine extension.
The Thoracic spine (T-spine) is the middle segment of your spine that attaches to the ribcage. If this bad boy doesn’t extend properly the body has a tendency to extend through the lumbar spine (low back) and this could lead to a back injury ☠️.
Pictured above is one of my favorite T-spine extension breathing drills the praying stretch.
*elbows should be shoulder width apart, arms should be slightly wider.
*make sure the knees and hips are stacked
*take a deep breath into your belly and as you exhale push your sternum towards the floor. Take ten deep belly breaths in this position.

Do you have trouble with balance on unilateral (single leg) work? This post is for you!
The picture illustrates the 3 points of balance in the foot.
*Make sure to distribute your weight evenly between these 3 points.
*if you have a hard time maintaining contact through the 3 points consider taking off your shoes while performing the exercise.
**bonus tip for unilateral work, look at a fixed object while performing the exercise.
