This June, we had the privilege of celebrating our learners and their accomplishments at our Certificate Awards Ceremony.

Behind every certificate is a story — hard work, growth, perseverance, and a journey that brought each learner to this moment.

And for all of us who support them, these moments are a reminder of our purpose: to serve our learners, support their goals, and be part of their journey toward what comes next.

Their accomplishments are worth celebrating.

The college admissions process has never been more complex, and that's reshaping the demand for a profession many people may not know much about---Independent Educational Consultants (IECs).

IECs help families research colleges, understand financial aid, identify the right academic fit, and navigate the admissions process from beginning to end. As higher education costs have climbed and competition for admission has intensified, families are increasingly seeking this kind of expert, personalized guidance.

Dr. Steven R. Antonoff has been practicing as an IEC in Denver since 1981 and serves on the Advisory Board for UC Irvine DCE's IEC Certificate Program. His take on the growth of the field:
