A great way to close out the academic year ✨

Last Friday, we gathered with our MECPS Industry Advisory Board to discuss the program, share ideas, and explore opportunities for the future.

Thank you to our returning and new IAB members for your continued support, feedback, and partnership. Your insights help us create an even stronger experience for our students. 🤝

We are excited to welcome a new MECPS cohort this fall and cannot wait to see our graduating students present their capstone projects this December. 🚀

We had our MECPS information booth in front of Engineering Hall and loved connecting with everyone who stopped by to learn more about the program, admissions timeline, and application process.

We had our first MECPS x WICS UCI event, filled with great conversations, engaging talks, and a lab tour with robot demos 🤖

Our MECPS Picnic Palooza last Friday was such a fun way to spend the afternoon together after finals. Thank you to everyone who came out and brought such delicious food to share! 🧺

Today we hosted the 2026 MECPS Capstone Kick Off where our student teams met with industry and faculty mentors to review project expectations and timelines.

This meeting marks the beginning of their capstone journey, and we know our students are incredibly talented. We are all rooting for them as they begin working on their projects. 💡
