Announcing, a Virtual Integrative Mental Health Conference hosted by Be Well OC! All Orange County members are welcome to join this zoom-based conference providing integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Presentations will include current research on mental health issues like depression, techniques like mindfulness, and resources for OC members to benefit the whole person!

Research Participants needed, ages 16-30!

You could participate in a research study and receive a $15 gift card for completing a 45-minute survey online. Some participants are randomly selected to also participate in a 5-6 hour follow-up virtual visit (reimbursement of $80).

The purpose of the study is to understand how social life, thoughts, and culture affect emotional and psychological experiences in adolescents and young adults.

Eligible participants meet the following:
-18-30 years of age OR 16-17 years of age, provided that a parent/guardian gives permission at the beginning of the survey
-Live in and are currently located in California, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, or D.C.
-Willing to provide contact information
