Light Movement and Mobility to get you started.
(During the Warm up you should start building up a nice sweat)

1. Knee Pull Ups 6 each
2. Cradle 6 each
3. Spider-Man Lunge w/ Thoracic Rotation 6 each
4. Reverse Lunge w/ Twist 6 each
5. High Knee Marches 10 each
6. Low High Knee Run 20 each
7. Power Skips 10 each
