Description

Providing high-quality direct services in relation to academic administration and student support and ensuring the additional services provided at the faculty and university level are of a suitable standard and quality.

Jobs & Duties

Providing students with information and advice about course selection, examination, major/minor declaration.

Helping students by setting goals, being realistic about their college prospects, and advising the student on their school academic and extracurricular choice.

Understanding the college system and college acceptance practices, and ensuring that the admissions advice is from a highly educated source.

Coordinating examination and assessment processes.

Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.

Using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent
Experience in a tutor center or experience in a private tutor is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
Excellent service attitude and able to work as a team player

Self-motivated; detail-oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure
Good English communication skills
Prefer Bilingual (Mandarin/English)'
