The 14U travel softball team from Penfield / Webster completed our 3 session self-protection class and did a fantastic job! Learning valuable skills that will last a lifetime!

Please consider this type of thing for your sons and daughters. It allows them to save face and be safe!

Very happy to have been invited by the Town of Greece Recreation Department to help celebrate International Women’s Day! We are providing information about our women’s self-protection program!

Today we had the honor of ranking 4 students as Junior Jujitsu Black Belts! These 4 students started with us 10 years ago in our Jujitsu Buddies program. We could not be more proud! A special shout out to their parents for the encouragement and support they showed.

This Saturday (3/7) ONLY our Junior Jujitsu class will run from 8:45-9:30. Thank you.
