It’s been a busy couple weeks for our preschoolers! We can’t believe how fast this year has gone by. They are doing such an amazing job with projects, cutting, and following directions! We even had a special treat to go with our stop light project.

We finally had some nice weather to release our butterflies today 🦋 It was so much fun watching them grow from caterpillars to beautiful butterflies!
I know some parents had asked about summer programs, here are some!!
April has flown by! We made hungry caterpillars, and have caterpillars in the classroom, currently in cocoons! The frogs we made are so cute! And we just finished up with zoo animals, check out our elephants ❤️
It was a very busy April! We talked about bumble bees, butterflies (we even have caterpillars in cocoons in our room 🙂), zoo animals! A couple of park trips and lots of running outside. ❤️

Ended our Friday circle time with some fun today!!
Busy week in Pre-K! We painted shamrocks with green paint mixed with baking soda, and dropped vinegar on them!! Lots of fun! We had a few snow flurries on Wednesday, catching snowflakes on your tongue is fun 🤩 We changed up the toys this week...pieces to make our play dough into people, floor puzzles, blocks, and thomas the train! Can’t forget a good game of follow the monkey 🐵
Preschoolers had a fun week! We celebrated St Patrick’s day with a science project...we sprinkled baking soda on shamrocks and squirted green colored vinegar on it and watched it bubble!! Sooo much fun! We made chicks for Easter and Mr Mark showed us some of his furs. The kids loved it! We added the rice table into the room this week, Ms Kaye went to vacuum up the rice and we had a few volunteers to help ❤️
Preschoolers are busy! They are doing a wonderful job with their cutting and gluing all by themselves! Our Fox socks were adorable all decorated. The balance beam is always fun! And we finished our week with nursery rhymes! Humpty Dumpty was a fun project!
Pre-k had a very busy week! We read One Fish Two Fish and put our cutting skills to work by making a very big fish to go along with it! We also read Don’t eat the Teacher 😂 We were able to take advantage of the nice weather and color with chalk outside. And we are working hard on our counting! Using play dough makes that more fun!
Our March bulletin boards! ☘️ 📚
Pre-K has been busy! Rainbow painting for our bulletin board, beanbag games 😄 and our trinity shamrocks went home (sorry I missed pictures of those) AND we are starting reading month! We read Cat in The Hat and made our own cat in the hat! Lots more stories with projects to come all month!
This week in preschool we had fun with books! March is reading month...our books this week;
A Color of his own, and made watercolor chameleons for our bulletin board,
and Put Me in the Zoo, this one was lots of fun ❤️
And after all of our hard work, we played with play dough!
The past 2 weeks have just flown by! Wow we packed a lot in!
We have added more to our morning work.
Mr Mark brought his bear in to show us.
Lots of fun outside now that the weather is finally warm again!
We have learned about being a bucket filler. These kids have all been doing a wonderful job with helping their friends and their teachers ❤️ We have all been filling those buckets!
We have been talking about our 5 senses and all the ways we use them everyday! Lots of projects and even a taste test 😉 (lemons, pickles, potato chips, pretzels, sour gummies, baking chocolate, oreos, and kitkats) Just check out some of our faces! We finished this lesson with POPCORN! We use all of our senses for popcorn, and it was fun to watch it pop out of the popper!
What fun we have had these past 2 weeks!!
We were finally able to have our Valentines Party, it was postponed due to school being canceled soooo many times!
We read the book Rainbow Fish, and learned about being good friends and sharing.
Mr Mark brought in his bear for us to see!
And we have been talking all about our 5 senses. We made listening ears, sensory people, had a taste test (lemons, pickles, potato chips, pretzels, baking chocolate, sour gummies, KitKats & oreos) and we finished out our lesson with POPCORN! We use all 5 of our senses with popcorn 🍿 There’s some fun with songs and bean bags in there too!
[02/15/21] Because of the cold temps, school is now closed today! Stay warm and we will see everyone on Wednesday!
[02/15/21] Another delay tomorrow, we will see everyone at 10:00! Stay warm!
Our Pre-K has had a busy 2 weeks! We had a beautiful day for sledding before the cold hit! We made Love Monsters to go along with the book, and decorated our Valentines bags. We have been talking about how God loves us for what’s on the inside, not outside...our Love God crosses fit in perfectly ❤️ We also enjoyed rhythm sticks with some fun music!
We have missed our preschoolers! Here are a few pictures I forgot to post...we made groundhog shadows, and played with instruments! So much fun ❤️ We are excited to get to work on Tuesday! Hopefully the weather cooperates.
