Throughout this year, Ethan has demonstrated outstanding leadership and organizational skills and his client relationship management has been exemplary. He has significantly enhanced our operations. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has just released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for its Emergency Response standard.
ATTENTION: THIS NOTICE OF RULE CHANGE IMPACTS BOTH INDUSTRIAL AND MUNICIPAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE EMPLOYERS!
This NPRM seeks feedback from stakeholders on various questions and issues to shape a final rule aimed at enhancing worker safety and health in emergency response scenarios.

I am proud to announce the promotion of Tony Bedenbaugh to Emergency Response Program Coordinator. Tony will oversee instructor development, curriculum content, quality improvement, and assist the management team with further developing our new regional client partnerships in Greenville, Ridgeville and Augusta.
Tony is a retired Battalion Chief from the City of Columbia with over 35 years of Fire and Emergency Services experience teaching Municipal and Industrial Fire, Technical Rescue, Hazardous Materials and Emergency Medical. Tony has an Associates Degree and credentials with IFSAC FFI, II, Officer I, Driver/Operator, Instructor I, Former EMT, EMT-I (22 years). Tony has spoken and taught at several SC, NC, GA, Fla and AL Fire/Rescue conferences over his expansive career, with 30 plus years as an instructor.
Tony has been married for 38 years, has 3 children and 2 grandsons.
As the recent success of E-Med continues, we must remember that the greatest threat to tomorrow’s success is today’s success. We must strive towards excellence each and every day we have an opportunity to do so.
