This student joined our after-school program with no prior Chinese, quickly caught up with returning students, and was soon using Chinese in their own creative work.

This fall, we’re building from scratch again. New learners are absolutely welcome!

It would be great if you’d join us for Summer Lunch WEEK EIGHT! We serve lunch every weekday starting at 11:30am for ages 0-18. Here’s what you can expect this week, sponsored by Scheels:
Mon: Fiesta Mexican Restaurant is providing chicken nuggets for lunch and Midwest Chinese Academy will have a Cultural On the Go activity. It is also Garner Elementary School Spirit Day—wear your green, Gators!
Tue: Tin Roost is providing mac n cheese for lunch and the Youth Alliance of Library Leaders will have a water activity on the north side of the Ranshaw House.
Wed: Reds Alehouse is providing dinosaur chicken nuggets for lunch and Corridor Party Rentals will bring some giant yard games for the activity.
Thu: Chick-fil-A Coral Ridge Mall will provide boxed lunches for our meal and for an activity we will make have a paper camera craft.
Fri: We will have cheese pizza for lunch and the North Liberty Rec Center staff will lead PE games.
