Cost: $115 for 2x a wk and $78 for 1 x/wk 7 weeks

Tri-Umph Today Coaching mainly focuses on triathlon coaching. I also offer personalized training to help athletes achieve individual performance goals.
Goals might include improving general fitness, high performance endurance training, completing a first 5k, qualifying for Kona, or completing in a week long bike event such as Ragbrai. I offer a variety of programs including Premium Performance Coaching, T4 Kids and Teens Tri Team, Chicks Who Tri Team, personal training, and individual technical assessments. I am happy to work with people of any age. The bottom line is this: if you have a fitness goal, I would love to help you achieve it!

Fall 2023 YOUTH Running Club
Sept 5th - Oct 26th, 2023
WHO: 7-12 yr olds we've taken younger but they need to really like to run:)
FOCUS: WE will get in the miles via games, fun routes and other activities
WHERE:
--SOLON GROUP at Lake View Elementary School
We meet right after school, just outside Lake View Elementary school, West of school
Tuesday at 3:00-4:00 PM and Thursday at 1:45-2:45 pm
--IOWA CITY GROUP at Longfellow Elementary School
We meet right after school, just outside Longfellow Elementary school, in the big field
Monday's and Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 PM
Focus for the Fall: Getting in the distance. Track our individual distance right on your running shirt.
WHAT TO BRING:
Running Shoes
Hat and gloves on cooler days
Masks
Water Bottle
Wear clothes you can run in, please avoid Jeans

ATTENTION FRIENDS!! WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
T4 is taking on a new initiative this year! We are working to build a gear library for our local youth triathletes and to expand the sport to others who may find it cost prohibitive. Kids grow so fast out of their bikes, shoes, race gear, etc. that we want them to be able to "rent" it for the season at no cost.
We are looking for road bikes, SPD pedals and bike shoe donations in a variety of sizes and in good condition!
We are grateful for any donations and for you passing this along to anyone who might want to help! We are willing to pick up items as well within the local area!
