Dr. Matthew Dannenberg has been selected to receive the James Van Allen Natural Sciences Fellowship for 2024-2025, which is designed to encourage and support the study of the natural sciences. This competitive fellowship is awarded for an outstanding proposal. Congratulations, Dr. Dannenberg!

On November 9th, Dr. Heather Sander’s Environmental Conservation class visited MacBride Nature Recreation Area and met with Tamra Elliott, the MacBride Land Manager. Tamra talked with students about her restoration and habitat management work and students help to remove invasive Autumn Olive from an area of constructed prairie. Great work, students!
