Well we did it! We Phased 1!
Project Litter Quitter uses trap-neuter-return method to curb cat overpopulation in Johnson Co. The nonprofit launched its Project Litter Quitter initiative with a goal of getting a mobile spay and neuter clinic on the road by 2027.
