Educator wellness canโ€™t be one more thing added to the list. It has to be part of how schools are designed.

In this episode of EDUcation Unscripted & Xplored, Kari Vogelgesang and Mark McDermott sit down with Courtney Cook, PK-12 principal at Ruthven-Ayrshire Community School, to talk about what it really looks like to lead with educator wellness in mind.

From meeting structures and dress codes to knowing when to step back from a well-intentioned initiative, Courtney shares honest, practical lessons for building systems that better support educators.
