What makes a school different? The people. At ICON, our faculty and staff combine professional experience with personalized attention to give students something they won’t find just anywhere: educators who know them, challenge them and believe in where they’re going. When students are known, supported and encouraged to pursue their passions, big things can happen.

ICON student Ada, along with Kyle, our Visual Arts Chair, attend National Portfolio Day, hosted by Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. This event allows Ada to meet with accredited art and design universities and colleges to ask questions about their programs and get feedback on how to improve her portfolio for post-secondary submissions.

At ICON, our students are at the center of everything we do and our faculty and staff bring experience, mentorship, creativity and a genuine commitment to helping every student grow as both an artist and a scholar. Small school. Big impact. Exceptional people.

Dance is more than movement. It’s discipline. It’s creativity. It’s confidence. It’s finding your voice and learning how to make an audience feel something. At ICON, our dancers get the training, mentorship and stage experience to take their passion further.

This is where dancers grow. This is where they belong.
