You will catch Sarah on a beach with a dog - better yet, going to the beach with her dog :) A city girl at heart, she will be going to Milwaukee, WI post-graduation to practice healthcare litigation at
Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown. One of the things she is most excited about after graduating with both a J.D. and a Masters's in Health Administration is to become a yoga or fitness instructor - but first, the dreaded bar exam!

We want to introduce ourselves, next up is Danny!
Danny is a father of two and husband of one. After finding him wandering aimlessly at a Greyhound bus stop and seeing some deeply buried potential in him, Danny’s wife made him clean up and go to school. Eight years later, Danny is being carried on a stretcher to the finish line of both a Law degree and a Masters in Health Administration. Along the way, Danny developed a passion for healthcare and plans to spend his career advising healthcare entities in business transactions at McGuireWoods LLP in Chicago—that is, unless his aspirations as a Star Wars fan fiction writer and part-time avant garde French chef pan out.

We want to introduce ourselves, next up is Maya!
I’m a 2L and this past summer I had the pleasure of working with both plaintiff and defense side civil litigation (including medical malpractice). A fun fact about me is that in elementary school I used to go on field trips to Big Cat Rescue every year, so I met Carole Baskins about 800 times too many. I like to swim, wakeboard, and paddleboard when weather permits, snowboard and ski as it gets colder, and play video games year round. My family’s dual legal/medical career path history is what got me started on a health law kick.
