If we sell 100 pies, the girls will also get to pie their coach in the face...that happens to be me 😵‍💫.

I've always learned to "Just keep moving" as we age. I'm a childcare provider full time. I have never considered this job sedentary. I haven't actually exercised in over 3 months. Figured I'm still moving at work...
I have been in constant pain for weeks. My whole body. I was honestly getting concerned.
Taught my first class in months last night. My new choreo had some more fast paced songs (which EVERYONE nailed by the way! Woohoo!!!) Was concerned about how I would feel today...
Let me say...
I feel the best I have in months!
I'm so glad to be back!
Mondays in Ionia at 6pm, working on getting the Portland class on Wednesdays back up and running very soon as well! 💜

Come join us!
