Please join us on Saturday, October 17th for a morning of crisp fresh air, beautiful scenery, movement, and friendship, as we try to catch the aspens shimmering in brilliant shades of yellow and orange. We’re going to head up Highway 88 for a 3-5 mile hike that is appropriate for any level of hiking experience. Everyone is welcome! Message us for more details. 🍁

Experience a music-filled course with live DJs, light shows, bubble zones, neon and black lights, and more! Cross the finish line into an epic main stage after party. We will run, walk, skip, dance, glow, and light up the night together! This event takes place at Cal Expo in Sacramento and registration through Night Nation is required. Align + Sculpt with Molly 🩵 Find strength through mindful movement in this fusion of Pilates and Barre. We’ll focus on alignment, balance, core stability, and full-body conditioning through low-impact exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize the body. Using supportive props and intentional movement patterns, you’ll improve posture, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness while leaving class feeling stronger, more connected, and refreshed. ✨ Join us on Mondays at 6:45pm & Thursdays at 6:00am!

We 💛 fresh morning air, sunshine, and moving together! Join our Walking Group on Fridays at 8:00am and Sundays at 9:30am! We will meet at the studio and then head out for a brisk walk in town (usually around 2 miles). Strollers and well-behaved dogs are welcome! Our little S&T squad braved a Spartan Super 10k this past Saturday, and we are feeling proud! We showed up, pushed through the challenges, encouraged one another, and discovered that we are braver and stronger than we realized. 🔥 A huge shoutout to Demi for absolutely crushing it and placing 13th out of 468 women! 🙌🏼 This is your reminder that you can do hard things. You can step out of your comfort zone. You can surprise yourself with what you’re capable of. And having a supportive team beside you can help you rise to new heights (literally and figuratively!). 💜 Now to start planning our next adventure. Any ideas?? 😜
