Today, we hosted our 27th Annual Endowment Scholarship Luncheon, celebrating our scholarship recipients and the generous donors who help make their educational journeys possible!

We were honored to welcome Cindy Adams as our keynote speaker. A 1974 Allen graduate and former Director of Development, Cindy dedicated 17 years to growing the Endowment Association and creating opportunities for generations of Allen students. During her leadership, the endowment grew from $1.1 million to $5.8 million, and named scholarships increased from 55 to 209!

The ACC Endowment Association will be moving to its future home in downtown Iola at 12 W. Jackson Ave. in early 2027. During today's luncheon, we were proud to announce that the new location will be named the "Cindy Adams Boardroom" in recognition of her lasting impact and dedication to Allen.

Thank you to everyone who helps make a difference in the lives of our Allen students. Your generosity creates opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom!

Congratulations are in order!

Allen staff members Elijah Clark, John Collins, & Dallas Yocham have all completed their two-year Building Maintenance Repairer Registered Apprenticeship. Over the past two years, they have dedicated themselves to completing 20 credit-hours of Related Technical Instruction and 4,000 on-the-job training hours—all without compromising the exceptional quality of work they consistently deliver. Elijah, John, & Dallas were the first cohort of apprentices launched at Allen. Their outstanding teamwork and patience was greatly appreciated as we learned how to facilitate apprenticeships.

Congratulations to each of you!!
