Governor's Honors Academy (GHA) - Grade 11; deadline to submit application to Counseling Office is March 20, 2026.

Governor's School for Tourism (GST) - Grades 9 & 10; deadline to submit application to Counseling Office is April 17, 2026.

Governor's School for the Arts (GSA) - Grade 10; deadline to submit online is March 6, 2026.

Governor's School for Entrepreneurship - Grades 9, 10, & 11; deadline to submit online is March 13, 2026.

With the recent government shutdown, many of our Applemen families are experiencing food insecurities.

As a community that always takes care of its own, we’re coming together to make sure no student goes without.

We are collecting non-perishable food items and basic household necessities to support our students and families in need. Every donation—big or small—makes a difference.

You can drop them off in the front office! We’ll have a collection box for items. Thank you for your consideration in assisting our families

Tuscarora High School is hosting its 11th annual HBCU Fair on November 1. It is free and open to the public!

Shepherd University is hosting a First-Generation College Celebration on Wednesday, November 5 for students who will be first-generation college-going students. First-generation college students are those whose parents/guardians have not completed a 4-year college degree. Students will receive a campus tour, admissions and financial aid information, and a free lunch provided by Shepherd University.

Buses will depart from Musselman High School at 9:15 AM and return by 1:15 PM. Stop by the Counseling Office to pick up a permission form to attend this event!

WVU-Potomac State will be visiting Musselman High School on Thursday, October 30 at 9 AM to meet with interested students. The presentation will include information about the admissions process, academic programs offered at WVU-Potomac State, and scholarships and financial aid available for students.
