This Week at a Glance!

🏐 Tuesday - Volleyball Home Game Opener & First Pep Rally!

Our first home volleyball game of the season is Tuesday, and we’ll also be kicking off our first Pep Rally of the year! Students will head to the gym at 2:15 PM to cheer on our Lady Blazers! We will have a quiet place provided for those with sensory issues.

⛪ Wednesday – Chapel
• Elementary: 9:00 AM
• High School: 12:30 PM (Make sure boys have their dress shirt & ties on!

We’re excited to welcome our students back for a new school year! Here are a few important times for parents to keep in mind:

Morning Drop-Off
• Early Care begins at 7:30 AM
• 6th–12th Grade classes begin at 8:25 AM
• K–5th Grade classes begin at 8:30 AM

Afternoon Pick-Up
• Dismissal is from 3:00–3:30 PM

First Chapel of the Year — Wednesday, August 12
• Elementary (K–5th): 9:00 AM
• 6th–12th Grade: 12:30 PM

We can’t wait to see everyone Monday and are looking forward to a wonderful year!

Open House will be Friday 8/7:

3pm-6pm (drop in)

2pm-6pm for any students in ESE classes who wish to come an hour earlier.

Every family start in the gym and checks-in with all of the appropriate departments (Welcome table, Registration, MySchoolWorx login issues, Uniforms, Transportation, Athletics, and MS/HS Lockers) before going to your child's classroom(s) to meet their teacher. Please park and enter at the back of the property at the gym door.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR STEP UP FOR STUDENTS FAMILIES 🚨

To ensure your child’s scholarship funds are available for tuition, all families must complete the required enrollment attestation in their Step Up For Students account by August 1.

Here’s what to do:
-Log in to your Step Up For Students account.
-Open your 2026–2027 scholarship application.
-When asked “Enrolled in a public school for Quarter 1?” select “NO” (if your child will be attending a enrolled in our school using their scholarship).
-Check the attestation box and click Continue to submit.

⚠️ If this step is not completed, your child’s tuition funding could be delayed.

Please take a few minutes today to verify your account and help ensure a smooth start to the school year!

We would like to welcome our new first grade teacher, Miss Alix Windham! First grade families will be able to meet Miss Windham on August 7th at Open House. Please welcome her to our ICA family!

6th-12th Grade Course Request Form is now OPEN - Deadline to choose your courses is Friday, July 31st by midnight. Changes may be made during open house.
