At Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Citrus County our lessons are more than just learning how to practice the art of Jiu-jitsu. It’s learning life lessons, what makes a bully, how do we defend ourselves against a bully, how to defend others being bullied. When and where it’s appropriate to use what we teach.
