Ancient history brought to life in 2nd grade! 🏛️🇨🇳🦅 Exploring their IB Unit, Who We Are in Place and Time, they explored the ancient civilizations of China and Greece! We loved seeing classmates proudly share their heritage—explaining Chinese traditions and demonstrating how ancient Greek instruments are played. 🎶📜 These IB learners used communication, thinking, and risk-taking skills as they collaborated to build their version of the Great Wall.

🌎☀️🌙 Why do the Sun and Moon appear to be the same size in the sky? 5th graders gathered in our outdoor classroom to launch their IB Unit Where We Are in Place and Time. Using measurements, they create models of the Sun, Moon, and Earth to explore how size, distance, and perspective affect what we see from Earth. Little scientists, big discoveries! 🧪🔬✨ We kicked off our monthly Preschool STEM in-house field trip with our 3- and 4-year-old learners! Diving into their IB Unit, How the World Works, this hands-on experience introduced our youngest Eagles to observing, questioning, predicting, experimenting, and sharing what they learned! 💡🌱 A huge thank you to our wonderful team of Preschool STEM teachers for designing such an engaging and inspiring lesson. Way to go, scientists! 💙

Faith, service, and leadership! ✝️🕊️ We are so proud of our middle school girls who stepped up to serve at Holy Family's Weaving Our Inheritance event! Working with Mrs. Lopez, our Eagles welcomed parishioners and guests to a special evening honoring women in the Church through prayer, music, and storytelling. 🎼📖
Learning from the legacies of St. Phoebe, Dorothy Day, and Sr. Thea Bowman, our young leaders showed what it truly means to have minds to lead and hearts to serve. ❤️✨
