The Citrus County Robotics team #9300, The Olympians, appreciates the grant funded by Citrus County Education Foundation and Duke Energy. The “Safety FIRST” approved Foundation mini grant provided the team with PPE and tools to construct their new robot for competition at the end of March this year.

After we shared breakfast, we spent time reading and discussing research on student challenges in virtual education, reviewing school data, and planning for how to enhance student support this school year.
