Sleeping Souls Barbell Sleeping Souls Barbell is a gym for people who want to look good and move well at all ages. Life is full of things that are out of your control.

We believe that the recipe to overall fitness is a healthy combination of weight training and cardio, used together to keep things fun and functional to life! 💪 So why not embrace the things you can? Sleeping Souls Barbell wants to help you take control of your health through functional fitness. We squat, bench, burpee, deadlift, run, bike, overhead press, push up, sit up, etc. With the purpose to increase our overall quality of life--and looking good while doing it never hurt either.
