The first letter I got from one of my athletes
Brought me to tears. I was so honored that she took
so much of my âgym adviceâ and transposed it into
the outside the gym world and was thriving because of it.
My first athlete outside of my family
that I trained was able to reverse some
pretty serious health conditionsâthrough diet and exercise,
And he credited my guidance for his new outlook on life.
And they both came to me because they âsaw my videos.â Although I had started personal training to help people change their lives,
I really didnât know how much of an impact I was
actually having.
And im not the best with words, and I refuse to use something to write them for me. So sorry if my message gets muddle
But basically
Donât be afraid to do the thing
And donât be afraid to post about it
Not everything in life is curated and perfect
So maybe social media shouldnât be either

Last week I was lifting weights in the driveway, because itâs my house and I can. And the suns out đ
Some less than lovely personality screeched out their car window as they passed by
That âwomen only belong in the kitchenâ đ
Little words from a little person.
And although that person proooobaly isnât on my gram
Iâd like them to know that
I belong anywhere I damn well please đ âď¸
Motivation is cool and all
But itâs not what I rely on
When the alarm goes off in the morning.
Discipline
Consistency
Realizing I like who Iâm becoming
And I donât want to fall back into old patterns
And the âsnooze lifeâ routines
Thatâs mostly what gets me into the gym
Cause we all know
Itâs just starting and getting into that warm up
Thats hard part
