Sharing your work can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to focusing on other people rather than putting yourself forward.

Your ideal clients aren’t only listening to your words. They notice your warmth, conviction and energy.
They’re listening for the calm confidence that tells them:
“She understands where I am... and she can help me move forward.”

You don’t have to find that confidence or figure out how to share your work alone.

What you might need most is a supportive place to practise talking about what you do, receive honest encouragement and take small, consistent steps towards greater visibility.

And yes, this is part of "marketing" yourself but don’t let that phrase scare you.

It doesn’t have to mean pushing, persuading or pretending to be someone you’re not. It can simply mean helping the right people understand who you are, what you do and how your work could support them.

That is why I created RESONATE—an online program for healers and holistic practitioners who want to expand their work without becoming “salesy.”

What if your life isn’t waiting to happen… but waiting to grow?

From Ireland to Michigan, from singing lessons to intuitive voice coaching, from confusion to clarity - everything meaningful in my life has come from small seeds.
Not leaps.
Not perfect plans.
Not waiting for the right moment.
Just small, honest seeds.
Now, every time I sow even a tiny seed, I’m reminded that I’m not waiting for my life to change — I’m actively growing it.

Twenty-five years ago I wanted to be a singer.....but I didn't believe I could.
So I held myself back.
Looking back now, I realise singing gave me far more than music.
It gave me confidence.
Friendship.
Resilience.
A deeper trust in myself.
And ultimately...
it led me to the work I do today...
helping other women stop holding themselves back from sharing the gifts they're here to offer.
Your dream might not look like mine.
But I hope you don't ignore it.

When it comes to finding and trusting your voice, many of us think:
“It’s too late for me.”
We believe they should have started sooner. Spoken up earlier. Followed the dream when we were younger.
And when you believe your chance has passed, you stop listening to the part of you that still wants more.
You dismiss your ideas.
You postpone the things that light you up.
You remain hidden—not because you have nothing to offer, but because you’ve decided it’s too late to offer it.
But your voice doesn’t have an expiration date.
Everything you have lived through has given you greater wisdom, depth and compassion. You may not be starting as early as you hoped - but you’re starting with more of yourself.

So often, we try to think our way forward using the same familiar ideas. Yet clarity can emerge when someone helps us listen differently - to our words, our energy and the deeper truth beneath the noise.
