A little creative challenge for your month ✨
Take the prompt, interpret it however you want, and create something in the art form of your choice. There’s no right way to do it, and it doesn’t have to be perfect. A masterpiece, a first attempt, a quick sketch, a rough draft, a few notes… it all counts.
Give yourself a little time to make something just for the sake of making.
If you create something, tag . We’d love to see where the prompt takes you.

We’re #1. Again. 🎉
For the second year in a row, Interlochen has been named Niche’s #1 Best Boarding High School for the Arts in America.
And while we’re proud of the recognition, what we’re really celebrating is the community behind it.
Our students. Our faculty. Our staff. Our families, alumni and friends. The people who fill our classrooms, stages, studios and campus with creativity, curiosity and care.
So, in honor of all of you, we made a little celebration mixtape. 🎶
Press play, turn it up and celebrate with us. This one’s for you. 💙

A day at Interlochen Arts Academy as a singer-songwriter!
This fall, we’re continuing our series giving you a look into daily life at the Academy through the eyes of students from different arts majors. Next up: Meski, a singer-songwriter and day student!
What does it mean to be a day student? Day students live with their families off campus rather than in one of our on-campus residence halls.
