WE CALL HER DOC SPARROW. Or Dr. professor, or Dr. go get it! All fit.

But most of all we want to congratulate an amazing Black Woman who never quit. The one who we know personally and saw truly get it out the mud, who pushed through. Who took her grief and made it gas.

We are beyond proud of you for earning your doctor of public administration.

On the journey you made sure to stay true to carving time for you and family and we give you all the praise.

Smoke from nearby fires can be tough. Remember to keep windows closed, run an air purifier, and take care of your space and health. We’ll get through this together, as a community!
