Huge shout out to some people who made this last Friday before school starts and amazing day for our kiddos! Aransas pass McDonald's for their diligence and willingness to fill a big order for our afterschoolers and ingleside dairy queen for helping us provide blizzards and ice cream sandwiches for ALL of our kiddos for a sweet treat this afternoon! Also we'd like to thank Mrs. Desaray(Hudson mom) :) for bringing in donuts for everyone this morning for breakfast and surprising us with the custom hand painted sign to brighten up our hallway! We appreciate everything!!

We have bittersweet news, tomorrow we say goodbye to Ms. Samantha as she prepares to start an exciting, new chapter in her life! We have been blessed to have her as a valued staff member for the past 15+ years but more importantly a part of our KITWA family as she has been such a huge blessing and touched many hearts of children, parents and staff through the years! She will be incredibly missed but we are happy for her to begin a new adventure! We know she will succeed and go above and beyond in whatever she does as she has done for us! Good luck Ms. Samantha! If you would like to stop by to send her off with hugs, prayers and lots of love...she will be here from 3 to 5:30 so pop in and wish her well!!

A huge thank you to Ingleside Nutrition for the amazing energy drinks!!! They tasted delicious 😋 and definitely gave us that extra boost to power through the afternoon 😉

The kiddos ended fire safety week with a cool snack that they made themselves!! Graham crackers and red icing along with mini oreos for the wheels and pretzel sticks for the ladder made the fire truck treat fun to eat!
