Good Luck to our boys who take on Port Isabel as they battle for playoff contention.

All proceeds go to funding our High School BBQ Competitions for the year.

The Mustang Smoke Show wrapped up its season at the Texas High School BBQ Inc. State Championship.

Final Results:
Dessert – 30th, Annabella Winn
Beans – 50th, Heath Mehre
Chicken – 24th, Brodie Daniel
Ribs – 32nd, Kiah Heyward
Brisket – 9th, Marcos Reyes

We didn’t reach our goal of bringing home a second state championship, but that doesn’t take away from what this team accomplished. This was a strong season, highlighted by winning the San Antonio Jr. Pitmaster competition for the third year in a row.

We are proud of this group and the work they put in all season.

To our two seniors—thank you for everything you’ve contributed to this program. We wish you nothing but success moving forward. Don’t be strangers; we’ll be watching and cheering you on as you continue to grow.

In the last three years, competing at the San Antonio Rodeo Junior Pitmasters cookoff. We have been fortunate enough to help these students with a total of $60,000 in scholarships. This is just from this event alone. While we do have alot of fun cooking BBQ, it's more than that. We are helping these students secure funding for college..
At the end of this year we will be loosing two seniors who have done a great job. We will be looking for replacements for them. If you are interested please reach out to the coaches or the team.
