Seiden kai Hombu Dojo Shihan Rubén Canedo We're a traditional karatedo Sh*to Ryu and Kobudo Association. Are goal is to reach out to the community, children, teenagers & adults male & famale.

We teach the highest level of Sh*to Ryu based on technique and tactical strategies, phisical conditioning and mental strength. We teach katas with all their bunkais and variations. The teaching of history, philosophy and traditions of karatedo and of Sh*to Ryu is of most importance in our Organization. We strive in excellence, that's why we're affiliated to the USA National Karatedo Federation so

that our students can have high standard goals, such as:
- Winning a National Championship.
- Winning a National Team Trial.
- Being a USA National Team Competitor.
- Winning a Panamerican or World Championship of the World Karatedo Federation member of the IOC(International Olympic Committee). Our life achievement teaching is "balance" of mind, body and spirit.

We’ll work Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays(same hours as above)& Saturdays(from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm).
